Adrenalina Activewear S.A.S., is a commercial company legally constituted under the Laws of the Republic of Colombia, which for all purposes of this document will be referred to as us or Adrenalina. The term to refer to to this Site’s visitors, potential buyers and buyers will be customers, clients or you.The general terms and conditions that apply for the access, use, registration and realization of commercial relations offered by Adrenalina within or through this Site www.adrenalinaaw.com are stated below.

 

PRIVACY POLICY


 Adrenalina AW S.A.S. cares about your privacy. This privacy policy tells you what information we collect on our site and how we use it. If you choose to visit our site, your visit is subject to this privacy policy, and you agree to the terms of it. You may also request to us at any time to eliminate your personal data and / or revoke the authorization granted to us for its use. In order to do this, you have to submit a claim to us. The data revocation may be requested only by its herein owner or successor  and may be filled by sending an email to customercare@adrenalinaaw.com. In the case of emails related to marketing information you may also request revocation by clicking the unsubscribe link  at the bottom of each mail. Notwithstanding the foregoing, personal data must be retained when required for the fulfillment of a legal or contractual obligation.

 We reserve the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this Privacy Policy at any time, so we encourage you to review this policy from time to time. Changes to this privacy policy are effective at the time they are posted and your continued use of our sites after posting will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We are not liable for any transactions carried out from your account. In the event that you become aware of any access and / or use of your account by a third party, you must immediately notify us.
